Not ideal if you struggle with consistency.
A science-based stretching course designed for adult bodies and lasting results. Videos are available with coaching cues, music-only, or timer-only. One-time purchase with 3-year access.
Includes:
- Videos explaining Middle Splits and flexibility science.
- 4 weeks of follow-along videos: 3×20 min per week. Total of 12 videos.

Do I need to be flexible already?
Not at all. Most clients start as beginners. Because all my products, except the Middle Splits Course, are tailored, they are matched to your individual level and adapt as you become more flexible.
So I will hve the rigth program for you at any level.
Is my purchase a final sale?
Yes, however, it is most important to me that you are happy with my products, so if you would like a refund within 7 days of the purchase, I will help you with that. :)
How does the sign up process work?
VIP Coaching
1. You click the button to join
2. Fill out a registration form
3. Make the payment
4. Fill out a questionnaire, and choose your goal, level and training schedule
5. Add progress pictures so I can see who you are and write a better program for you. This can also be skipped and added later.
6. I prepare your program within 48 hours. When ready, it appears in your app.
7. Add nutrition inside the app if you want.
8. Start stretching and join the community, competitions, and live calls (multiple time options available).
Tailored Flexibility Programs & Front Splits Challenge

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription (this doesn't include any non-subscription products, such as the Middle Splits Course and the Front Splits Challenge).
You’re free to cancel your subscription anytime with zero penalties.
Just make sure to cancel at least 72 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month.

When will the VIP Live Calls/Classes be happening
Live calls for the VIP Coaching are happening 3 times per month: the first 3 weeks of each month on Tuesdays.
Week 1: Tuesday 7 pm CET / 10 am PST
Week 2: Tuesday 7 pm PST
Week 3: Tuesday 7 pm CET / 10 am PST
How do you create my VIP Personalised Program?
In the questionnaire, you submit what goal you want to stretch towards. You can select from front splits, middle splits, both front and middle splits, backbends/bridge and needle, or a mix of these. You also tell me how often you can stretch during the week, how long you want your sessions to be, and your level (beginner, intermediate, advanced). You also submit pictures of yourself in the pose you want to work towards. For example, if your goal is to achieve front splits, you send me a picture of how low you are in your front splits. If your goal is a bridge and you can’t yet do it, you send me a photo of your cobra or shoulder mobility.
Now that gives me a good idea of your technique and where you’re at. Based on that, I put together a program for you. The first month is always the hardest, like with any personal training, as that is our starting point. So we may need to adjust things. As you progress, we adjust your exercises to better suit your level and keep you challenged and progressing.
